Message: <blockquote data-quote="jmj" data-source="post: 7081580" data-attributes="member: 627374"><p>I grill *a lot*, all year 'round.  Rain, snow, sleet, whatever, I'm out there.  Charcoal only, though; no gas grill.  And no starter fluid (leaves an aftertaste).  I use a charcoal chimney to start the coals.  I'm sure I sound like a royal pain in the a**, but I got ruined by hanging out with swishy types who know really know how to cook.</p></blockquote><p></p>
