Lets see if I have read it right, I put a cable around 10mm round from my battery to my trunk for powering the amplifiers (is 10mm enough?) and a blue pretty wide cable (two pairs with small wire in middle) that was labeled by the salesman as a "RCA datacable" which will be connected from my cdplayer to the amplifier, according to that side I should put the + on the left and the rca on the right, never together on one side (my guess is jumping signals?) Then there's a small blue signal cable that is labeled remote, where to go with that ? If i'm right about the - then it should just be connected to a blank piece of metal in the trunk speakers i understand GAIN/SENS/OHM/XOVER - LP/HP/RBP what do those mean? Those are all sorts of thingies that are on the amps. Yesterday night I opened the last box and found another amplifier looking thing but its mad big. The text on the device says "Octane" and the brand is also phoenix gold, i looked it up on the internet and it should be a amplifier. I imagine that this unit does more then the smaller one's but i dont want to put in all of those amps, whats the best to do, put in the octane or the two small phoenix amps? I have 2 rear speakers, 2 front and 2 real small thingies also for front i think the bass box has an amplifier build in so that should be easy to fit, the other speaker (elite 12d phoenix) is huge and looks like a monster which can harm my car. I looked both up, the box is 100w RMS and the elite12d is 1200 RMS which i recon to be to much, i want a nice and solid bass but no bumping car, which to use ? Another question (last for now) is what the value of the items is because some of the items will remain uninstalled and i want to put whatever remains uninstalled on ebay or something.... have no idea what they are worth and i cannot find them in a sale section on the internet
