Not my first post but close enough... I have an 01' Dakota Quad cab now after selling my 350z , but its alot cheaper and makes for a better daily with the back seat and storage space. Well since I won't be spending money on 'go fast' goodies, I want to have a nice system for the truck. I already have an alpine 9835 with a ipod adapter for the HU but everything else is stock. I listen to alternative and rock almost exclusively and care more about SQ over SPL. Don't really car much about big bass, just nice tight bass. I want to start with the front stage, and there isn't much room to do kick panels so I'm looking at these 6.5 2 way passive for the doors. Also would do appropriate sound deadening in the doors.
