i got this small problem with this used amp i bought. it wont power down. sounds simple huh? well its not the remote, as it still wont power down with it disconnected. i know its an internal problem, but the amp works fine besides this and will serve its purpose until i upgrade. my question is can i even find a switch large enough to turn of power from my 4ga lead, or should i rig up a switch on the amps fuses, as when they are out the amp turns off too. anyone have to do something like this before? i could just buy conections to plug into where the fuses go, and rig up a normal switch from the local hardware store for cheap, and put inline fuses in(2 x 20amp, or 1 x 40amp), or i could try and find a switch that can take a 4 ga wire. are they easy to find? thanks for any help kevin
