I had a kicker 15l7d2 hooked up to my directed 1100d and it hit 145db on the meter.After i sold the 1100d to my friend i bought the sdx2000c and it was even louder! Sound quality was even a bit better. The kicker was getting killed by the amp, one day smoke was pouring out of the box for 15 min. then the voice coil siezed. Since then i have been running 3 12w3d4's off the amp (.7 ohm) with no problems except i can't see when i turn the alpine up past 17.</p></blockquote><p></p>
