Well you are correct about those 3 things not being in the movie. I just like add that even though they didn't say mcdonalds was "evil" they did point out the facts of there marketing when it comes to attracting very young kids. What i mean is that they had a group of kids ages 6-9 or so i dont' know exactly how old they were but they were young. Anyway they had a set of flash cards with george washington and george bush and then a picture of ronald mcdonald. Now guess which ones the kids could identify? They all knew ronald mcdonald but yet didn't know who was george washington. Thats a product of brilliant marketing think about how well they market there food i mean they got toys, you see probally the most mcdonald commercials out of all the fast food chains. This is stuff i have already mentioned but it makes sense about how they are similar to the tobacco companys. Think about remeber that tabacoo companys used to use ice cream trucks to attract kids then get them hooked which would lead them to smoking all there life?(source is on a truth commercial if needed i will get the link but im sure you all have seen the commercial). Well MCD's does the same thing execpt not with an ice cream truck they have "toys" which is just as effective. Now dont' get me wrong im not trying to say fast food is as bad as tobacco because thats ludacris but we dont' know exactly what are in the french frys execpt man made additives. Check out this link french fry This is just an excert from it talking about the additives " Open your refrigerator, your freezer, your kitchen cupboards, and look at the labels on your food. You'll find "natural flavour" or "artificial flavour" in just about every list of ingredients. The similarities between these two broad categories are far more significant than their differences.
