Just watched this movie and it was very disturbing to say the least. For those of you that don't know about this movie its a documentary about an average adult male that goes on a 30 day mcdonalds binge(Thats all he ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner nothing else) to see how it would affect his body. Well he was 6'2 185 and in perfect health,(mainly because of his vegan gf im sure) he went to 3 different doctors at the very beginning to get a complete physical. Well needless to say after 30 days he had put on 30 pounds and his liver had taken on damage, heart wasn't doing good, body got addicted* to the fast food and several other problems that i won't ruin for you. It shed light on how the fast food companys are out there to make a profit and could care less about our health. It went into detail about how processed our food is and had very good interviews with nutrition experts. So how does everyone feel about fast food and how it it affects your health? Anyone actually done there own research on fast food chains, that can shed light on the issue?
