I went ahead and bought a 60A fuse from radioshack. I installed it and it didn't pop; it simply almost disintegrated. The fuse blew instantly. Tomorrow I guess I'll check my positive line. One weird thing started happening, though, and this has me very concerned. My head unit, when i set the fade all the way to the front (as always) sends a static-like sound to my speakers up front. The static goes along with the music. Its as if I was listening to bad reception, but its on a cd. When I fade it back to neutral, it goes away. I also noticed when faded forward, the lights in the head unit fade really badly everytime any bass hits (remember, no subs or anything) and even if I'm playing it at a very low volume. When I fade it to normal, the fading goes away. I'm really really concerned about this
