Optional read first: pics and goods scroll down.... I did an overhaul of equipment placement recently..... Before I had 1 batt on the side of the box and 2 batts in the spare tire well, us amps ax3200de on cabin side of the box and the art ax606.2 rack perpendicular with the top of the box trunk lid side top. My grounds in the spare tire well weren't sufficient and ended up blowing my us amps with a lack of juice. Fortunately the batts came back to life with a good charge and I got Steve (amp medic) to fix her up for me. He did a grat job as usual. Not only is the work sound but I love the little things like the helpful additions of silicone here or there, giving a little more space between the already stupid close + and - on the coiled torrids, pieces of foam cushion on other vibration sensitive places..... He even put in some higher amperage mosfets (80amp before, 120amp now) and tweaked what was needed (a resistance change else where in the amp) for it to all work harmoniously. Always happy to get more abusable parts in my amp New setup now has all my bats in one bank on the cabin side of the woofer box, solids grounds all about, the ax3200de on top of the sub box (sadly no in it's **** enclosure anymore), and the ppi art tilted forward to give room to the us amps. I added the same led rope lighting with remote controlled color changing....and it turned out decent for everything just being thrown together. Next car I get (eventually) will be WAY cleaner and show worthy....but now this works. and the pics... the white light turned out best in the pics, but i did the best i could with the other colors. In person it's all kinds of ****. Also note the amp needs a cleaning, and even looking a lil smudged here or there it's still gorgeous.
