[QUOTE="NSTALN, post: 8690023, member: 588169"] OK ported box gurus...I have a new truck, a 2019 Nissan Frontier Crew-cab. I has very little space under the rear seat but I should be able to shoe-horn a Sundown SD4-12d4. Sundown only recommends sealed...but I was curious what sort of a ported enclosure y'all might come up with. I'll only be able to squeeze about 1.25 to 1.5 cubes total so a ported 12 may be unrealistic. I'll also post the TSP's for the 10 which may be a better choice. The key here is smallest ported enclosure tuned low...I only intend to feed the sub 500rms via a JD HD 900/5 Re - 7.0052ohms Fs - 26.7489hz Qes. - .7374 Qms - 5.5061 Qts - .6503 Le - 8.6610mh (@ 1khz) Sd - 78.5398 in^2 Vas - 64.3194 L BL - 17.9033 Mms - 200.754g Cms - 176.3448 uM/N Sensitivity - 83.9731 db @1w/1m Sensitivity - 84.5498 db @2.83Vrms/1m Thanks folks! Just to clarify...I'm not looking for exact dimensions to fit under my seat, I'm looking for airspace/tuning/port recomendations specific to the sub...I'll figure out the logistics of making it fit later.
