If we re-cone them for you a new frame is mandatory if you have a bolt down spider as it takes ALOT of work to get it off.Re-cones will have the latest parts we have in stock. As of now that is new spider / leads + older surround -- new surround cones will be in stock with our November production run so will start appearing on re-cones then as well.</blockquote>
