Message: <blockquote data-quote="geezy21unc" data-source="post: 7372299" data-attributes="member: 561614">ok heres the sticky...3 JL 8"s in parrallel to 1 ohm. i took one out to re-surroundit and while examining the other subs and looking over the box, i take out one of my subs because i thought i heard distortion when i pushed down on the sub gently. well i did hear it, weird thing is, i only hear it when the speaker wires are connected. so i take the wires off the sub push down on the sub, no distrotion... i connect the wires back and you can hear it even through the other sub in the box when pushing it down..??? anyone ever experienced this..??? all the subs play great when hooked up or at least prior to me taking them out. its just weird that i push down on say the middle of the trio of subs and i can hear the distortion channel through the right sub. what is going on...i will post a video if no one can figure it out</blockquote>
