[QUOTE="oneiztoomany, post: 3220444, member: 579244"] sup fellas, i have a single 10w6v2 in a fiberglass enclosure. it is powered by a 600 watt kicker mono amp. at high volumes with songs that have a ton of bass the subwoofer starts to distort. at these volumes i have also noticed that my interior lights will dim when the bass hits. i do not have a capacitor. my question is would having more juice running to my amps in the form of a capacitor help reduce the distortion from my subwoofer by powering it properly? thanks for any input.
