Come to find out the sub-woofers were blown. I bought a new amp (before I tested the old one(dumb)) and bought new sub-woofers wired them to 2 ohms in my old box.  and when I cut on the amp I still get nothing.  amp is brand new and powers on- sub-woofers are brand new-  I am using a factory head unit with an LOC converter.Where do I start troubleshooting from here?</blockquote>
