How's it going, im kinda new here I just needed some help with my setup I currently have in my car, which is a 2000 volkswagen jetta. Here is my setup: Power Acoustik PTID-8920B headunit Rockville rxa-f2 2400w amp (2) 4 ohm Hifonics HFX1204 4guage power/grd I just recently got these in my car, subs have been sitting for months and I thought it was finally time to put them back to use. They had little to no use on them so I know my subs are good. They still sound good but here's the issue, its quite strange. I was driving, had the subs set great and all of a sudden more than half of the bass just completely cut out. (as I was driving for no reason) After that I start checking everything, no cut wires, everything is still intact. I have my amplifier hooked up to a power on/off button, so I turned it off to cool the amp down after that happened. (Weather is extremely hot where I am right now) Tried again later when the amp was completely cool and got nothing. Everything looks alright on my end and the subs still "work" they are just not putting out the power they can, so im kind of stumped looking for help.. This is how my subwoofers are wired incase any of you were wondering: https://gyazo.com/a1c02de3ce6886896b8fee09e4e53ea4 Any help or advice is MUCH appreciated! Thank you very much.
