So, this also has been happening on and off recently. At first, when I turned my HU to 0 volume. It would pop super loud. Not good. But it didn't take long before it blew 2 of my 6x9s. So I looked things up and found it could be a grounding problem. I then made my grounds better. I ran the RCA and remote wire on seperate sides of the car. And I also grounded the RCAs on the HU. It stopped ! But now when I turn my kill switch on/off. My subs pop softly. Not like before. But still can't be good. But my 6x9s powers by a different amp. Don't do it at all. What could this popping be ? And how might i get it to stop ? Thanks guys !
