So last week my subs randomly stopped hitting as hard as they usually do. They're still on but not hitting like they should. I've checked all the wiring and it all seems good. When they go back up to full power they hit hard and everything, but they're mainly staying at low power. I went to two audio shops today, the first told me it was my bass knob and that I could remove it...I did and nothing happened...he also changed the power wire..$25 gone. The 2nd shop told me my subs are going out and that I need better subs..$20 gone. I have a 1200 Watt Rockford Fosgate amp and two 15" Memphis Audio Subs. Anybody have any other ideas.
