When the cone goes up and down it pushes something down near the magnet the part under the yellow part. The thing it pushes down has some gunk stuff on and it seems like when it goes past the gunk it rubs and it makes the noise. I figured this out by when i push down the cone i looked into that place where it is and i seen it and it made the noise when ever it got past that. Almost like that gunk stuff is acting like a lubricant. That might be it i dont know it sucks though.Way to find a mis alignment of the coils.....Way to fix it?</blockquote>
