Message: <blockquote data-quote="helotaxi" data-source="post: 4898870" data-attributes="member: 550915"><p>My point is that without solid rationale to back up what they're saying, they're only pontificating.  To top that off they're wrong.  Rather than blindly listening to what they say how about have them explain the reason behind their thoughts.  That does two things, 1) it forces them to actually think about what they're saying and if they actually do understand what they're talking about they should have no problem explaining it or in the process of trying to explain it they'll figure out the error in their though process and realize that they're giving bad info or 2) they'll show that they have no clue and prove to you that they are not someone that you should be getting advice from on that subject.</p></blockquote><p></p>
