[QUOTE="Cruzer, post: 6703877, member: 617686"] I said IT IS a mono amp. i didnt question if it was... i just didnt know if i could use any, or if i had to use a jumper or what was up. i know the subs are wired right, according to every diagram i could find on wiring. the negative of one sub is joined to the other subs negative, then ran to the negative of the amp. same for the positives. i have (2) single voice coil 4 ohm subs. i have not touched the gain because the subs are new, they are rated at 350watts (2 subs=700) and the amp is pushing 870watts X1 @ 2ohm. i was not sure if i was supposed to adjust it during break in, because i dont want to blow them. so i need to adjust it just be smart about it? just adjust it till i hear them hitting a bit, then stop and break them in for a week or so, then play a little more with it till they sound great?
