ok so woke up this morning.... these are the couple of things that i tried. and none of them worked... wired each sub to an 8ohm load, then ran each one to a bridged channel (i bridged the four channel amp down to 2).... same thing, barely even moving. wired each sub to a 2 ohm load, then ran each one to a bridged channel (i bridged the four channel amp down to 2)..... same thing, barely even moving. ran each coil on each sub to it's own channel (4 coils to 4 channels) and same thing, barely even moving. one thing that i noticed is that when i unplug and plug the RCA's to the amp, the sub "jolts", and in that jolt it travels up and down a lot farther than it does when running normally (keep in mind the sub is barely even moving during normal play. i'm starting to think maybe the RCA preamp from the HU has gone bad? I don't understand though, since I'm using another set of preamp RCA output from the HU to power my inside speakers....
