What's the reasoning behind not mixing cone sizes? Even if they're in different locations? I've been "out of the game" for nearly 15 years, but in the early 90s it seemed common to see a 15" for bottom-bottom end and then a pair of 10s or 3 8s to fill in the tight hits. The way I have it pictured in my head, the corner enclosures shouldn't take up too much space because these pockets are too small (and oddly shaped) to really hold anything, and if it works the way I'm envisioning then it will sit up off the floor so I'll still have that space. I'll go snap some pictures here to show y'all, if that will help. And the biggest obstruction with my current box is that it prevents me from laying the seats down and expanding my cargo space. I asked about the fiberglass because I had heard somewhere that it shouldn't be moved/removed until it was fully cured. I don't know how true that is, just something I kept in mind. My current setup is pretty much amateur. 4 years ago, when I replaced my head unit (Pioneer DEH-P7600MP), I also replaced the door speakers (TS-A1680R 6.5 4-ways in the front, 4.0s in the back) and needed something out back to hold me over so I went back to the local shop and picked up a basic package deal. It was a pair of Alphasonik Q-Reference QW10s in a ported box with a Q-Reference Q2150 amp. It's an appetizer... enough to stave off the cravings, but not really satisfy the hunger. I returned to the shop later to pick up an amp for the front speakers, but instead picked up a 4-channel amp (Distinct Audio By Crossfire, td.704; I'd never heard of the brand since I haven't followed CA stuff for more than a decade but they said it was a good amp) and just hooked the front speakers up on 2 channels and the subs on the other 2. I still have the Q-Ref amp so I don't know if adding it back in to the system to supplement the DA amp would make much difference, or not. I can't find the DA amp on Google to get the numbers from it, and the paperwork is burried out in my garage. I was able to find that combo package I bought: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_3010_Alphasonik+Combo+Q-Reference+Series.html
