Here's my sub setup: Amp: Kenwood KAC-7250 Subs: Infinity 1032 (10 inch Dual Coil) I'm running them at 2 omhs Here's the story. I added this year a new radio (Kenwood KDC-X890) and I was on a sealed (.75ft3 per chamber) setup, everything was fine, no probelm with the setup, then I changed my box to a ported one ( I had to extend one wire that came from the amplifier from 2-3 feet to a 6 feet one to reach the box). I'm using some 10ga wire, one is 2-3 feet long and the other 6 feet. Now that I have this new setup, When I crank up the volume amp stop working, then it restart 1-2 second after. My setup is on low voltage, but everything was okay before.. i'm running on a 1farad cap for the amp and a JBL 75.4 for vocals. I checked for polarity of the sub and everything is fine Can 4 feet of 10ga wire really change the impedance of one sub and amp isn't pushing equal now ?
