THere moto is "best flat panels built in America" they forget to mention they are the only flat panels built here to. I can't be a hundred percent sure without see the tv if it is the board or not but you kinda have two options pay the otrageous bill to get it serviced or sell it on ebay for parts and buy a new one. I worked at Sears as a lead manager for two years so I saw most any problem that was possible to flat panels.I guess there is one other option, become god friends with a service tech like I am, lol.Sorry to hear that though, its a ***** when that happenes</blockquote>
