Hi everyone. I installed a system in my 2002 blazer a little over a year ago. It has been working excellent for a long time except for this past week. I needed to unhook my subwoofer and amp to transport some stuff one day and when I hooked everything back up (I am 100% sure it is hooked up the exact same way) I'm getting all sorts of strange issues. -When I turn the key to the accessory position the amp and stereo power on as normal. However, I can barely hear audio from the speakers even at max volume and all the settings on the amp are in their normal positions. I even reset the stereo to defaults. In addition to this if I tap the power window switch the amp and receiver power off and back on. -When I turn the key to the on position (but not start the engine) the stereo and amp continuously turn off and on. -When I start the engine it seems to work fine, everything seems fine actually. I can even hear audio playing as it normally would through all the speakers. Here is what I have: Infinity Kappa Five Amp Kappa 693.9i 6x9 Speaker Pair (2ohm impedance) Kappa 462.9cfp 4x6 Pair (2ohm impedance) Kappa 6-1/2" 3-way Speaker Pair (2ohm impedance) Pioneer DEH-P7200HD It almost seems like there is a major short somewhere but why would it be working in certain cases? I am really am stumped on this. I even completely disconnected the amplifier and sub and tried using just the stereo without any speakers hooked up and I still get the reset effect (continuously turning off and on) with the stereo when the key is in the on position. Thank you and I appreciate any assistance with this.
