Hello all.....i dnt understand y this is happening......i have a kenwood 9105d amp that i just got and dual 4-ohm pioneer subs.....now before i got the kenwood amp i had the subs wired @ 4-ohms which i was running bridged on a 4-channel amp......then i got the mono amp..so i sold the 4-channel....i ran it on 4-ohms for a while and it sounded pretty decent.....however i was only able to get 500rms on that one channel, not enough power for me = not loud enough....the amp is rated as follows: 500 @ 4ohms 900 @ 2ohms >900 @ 1ohms ....anyway so i wired the subs down to 1ohms.....and they aren't bumpin no where close to 900rms...to be honest it sounds like 150rms @ 4ohms they were louder.....what do u think is the problem?....i want to get the most bang out of my amp
