You go to jail and they treat you as if you had meth or something. You stay in jail for 30 days until you see the judge or until someone bails you out. My sister got pulled over and they searched her car and found a lighter with a marijuana picture on the lighter and they acted like they made a huge bust... They didn't find anything... she doesn't smoke anyways. Neither do I, but I think sometimes it is blown way out of proportion.</p></blockquote><p></p>
