That's right, most people buy it from someone else. You make it legal, people start buying it from the low cost producer. Who's going to be the low cost producer? The people who grow it on farms. In this case, they aren't going to be able to move that much product without it being noticed. It WILL be taxed just like everything else if it becomes legalized.
