Tried to go and here is the message I got...does this happen often?

Hey Brock dont worry, it will be back up soon, the site is upgrading and getting more server space, it is a very cool ste with some of the best members around with out a doubt, no BS, well run board

Another question...how do posts become 'rated'. I noticed that this post had 5 little bars under the rating column. Whats that mean?

well if you really like a post or you personally think it is an important topic to read, on the bottom right there is a topic rating and you can rate it what ever you want
