Oh hey, SQ is accuracy to some and personal preference to others... who knew. What a bunch of self-contradictory nonsense. My favorite part was when you said "that is really the only real definition that can exist" and then went on to attempt to reinforce a second, self serving subjective definition. This is why I hate these discussions, so few truly care to learn and understand the topic, yet everyone thinks they are an expert. The people arguing "SQ" is subjective are the very same people creating threads laughing at the kid down the street who builds his first system out of WalMart bullet tweeters and no-name subwoofers. If SQ was truly subjective, nobody would ever strive for improvement other than more intensity, which is obviously not the case. The 'SQ is subjective' crowd lives in a self-perpetuating lie that they somehow define what the 'quality' of their music is, depending on their mood, their personal system, and their ability to understand the nuances of the hobby. Someone like this, who claims to feel both sides are right, in reality doesn't really understand either point of view. We should all STFU before we give the trolls more ammunition to try and sound smart.
