It destroys the "front stage." And I think they turn their subs off when doing the SQ judging, but dont' quote me on that. And I would think it would require a pretty awesome sound processor to incorporate a center channel correctly. The cars I listened to didnt' have one though.The way it was explained to me was that it needs to sound like you are at the concert. Everything coming from in front of you. You should be able to hear where each instrument is on the stage... that sort of thing. Keep in mind too that the judging takes place from the passenger seat as well as the driver's, so you can't just point everything at the driver's headrest.</blockquote>
