If no call works you can still go to court talk to the da if you dont like it and they try to screw you then you can plead not guilty, and then hire a attorny if needed. But odds are you are going to prob pay 50-100 on average, in ny court fees are 35 or 25. If you hire a attorny your gona pay more than 100 to have him reduce it to still prob a moving violation. If you talk to the da he might give you something that is not a moving violation but you might have to pay alittle more cash but its well worth it cause you get no points and your insurance wont find out.</p></blockquote><p></p>
