There rated at 60 rms and i bet they can only handle 100-120 on a good day.The cdt's are rated at 110 rms and i know for a fact that they can handle 200+ from a good amp and still have very little distortion, if you can even recognize it.do you even overpower your speakers, because if you don't then you won't know how good a set of speakers really are. I can give the cdt's 200 all day no problem, and don't even say that the pioneers you mentioned can handle that.</blockquote>
