Message: <blockquote data-quote="lionfamlee" data-source="post: 7614188" data-attributes="member: 631622"><p>Do you here engine whine?  Or is it actual a crackling sound?  Are your speakers hooked up to the Sony amp or some of them hooked up to the head unit?  Its hard to diagnose without more info.  I can tell you this...Pioneer makes some awesome head units, but they are notorious for RCA ground looping noises.  I always recommend that people ground the rca to the head unit.  You can do this by wiring it or soldering a point to connect them to the head unit.  But before we look anymore into this try to answer the questions I left before.</p></blockquote><p></p>
