Message: <blockquote data-quote="adamk005" data-source="post: 2486516" data-attributes="member: 572771"><p>i installed 2 6.5" infinity 6012i's in the doors and 2 9612i 6x9's in the rear but im kind of dissapointed in the bass of the speakers in general.  The door panels of the car seem like a cheap plastic and I think that may be one reason.  Also new holes were drilled for 6x9's in the rear and the tweeters are in the same position as the stock 6.5"s would be so that isnt a problem but I was expecting better sounding bass out of them.  The bass throughout has a kind of "plasticy" sound to it.  Can anybody tell me the best possible way to mount the 6x9's in a 6.5" location in the rear and how to give the speakers their full potential in terms of sound...I'm very new at this and any suggestions would be appreciated.</p></blockquote><p></p>
