If you running these peakers off your head unit get you some bass blockers and just filter the bass out of you speakers. There goes your distortion problems. I don't understand why your getting distortion in the first place. I've had four MTX 6000's and Polk EX 6x9's and there was never a problem with distortion when I set my X-over properly. Have you looked at that footwell I beleive right behind lies a gas tank BIG PROBLEM do really feel like dealing with trying to seal that if you can fit them and then run wires to them that will with stand the elements. I think this is a bad idea but that's my opinion. If you actually do it you'll have a preaty weird sound stage.</p></blockquote><p></p>
