ANEONRIDER. The amp is a Pioneer GM-5000T. I know probably not the best in the world but on a tight budget. The subs are still open. Leaningn towards Pioneer Subs TS-W305DVC also to keep it all the same Manufacture. Thats if I go with the DVC Subs. Would use TS-W305C if I use the SVC subs. Old School. Are you saying that If I used the 2 DVC subs and bridged the amp, I could get back to the 4 ohm setup(or a 1 ohm setup). What would be the advantage of briding the amp and going back to 4 ohm instead of running 2 channels and 2 SVC subs for 4 ohms This way. If I want to run 4 Ohm I Know how to do that by buying SVC subs at 4 Ohm. If I bought DVC subs I can Bridge the amp And get 4 or 1 Ohm. or not bridge the Amp and get 2 or 8 Ohm. Is That correct? . thanks much for your help. I'm Thinking of using 2 ohms with a DVC sub on each Channel. Would this work.? Is each channel of the amp separate running at 2 ohms this way or does running each channel at two ohms do something crazy like drop total amp down to 1 ohm? Thanks all for the help. This is kind of complicated but fun.
