There 100rms a piece (300max), comes with 2 subs, 2 tweeters, 2 crossovers, wires for tweeters, all hardware AND 6x9 to 6 1/2 convertor piece. I dont have the time to play anymore. There are some small nicks (like not visible unless looking closely) that were there from the manufactoer.
