I installed all of my equipment two weeks ago and got it perfectly tuned for my tasting. Here is what I'm running: Pioneer 790bt Alpine type r 6.5/6x9 speakers Alpine mrp-f550 2 Rockford Fosgate P3 D4 12's Hifonics bxi1608d Now here is my problem. After the first week, the car had a crank but no start problem and was fixed by restarting the car security system by unlocking and locking the passenger side door. When we started it, it fired right up. After another week, it did it again and we did the same thing and it fired up. Then the next week, which was this past thursday, it happened again but it wouldn't start after we reset the security system. We ended up cranking the ignition a couple times and it started after an hour of playing with locks and cranking. We have pretty much ruled out anything wrong with the engine because it only started happening right after I got my amps and deck hooked up. What do you think the problem is? I have all stock electrical in my 1994 Acura Legend with no big 3 or extra battery or new alternator. Could the system be drawing so much power that it is causing my electrical to malfunction? Any input is appreciated.
