Hey i just order my macbook pro 15 and i am wondering if the trackpad tricks work with firefox or just safari??

Firefox has an addon that would allow it if its not included already. Im pretty sure Snow Leopards default browser is Safari. Exactly what trackpad tricks are you referring to? Something like this:

Kind of like hotkeys? Ive never used Snow Leopard. Im sure there is an addon that will allow you to remap keys to do certain tasks in the browser for Firefox. Ive never looked into them. I find it easier to just move a mouse and click that it is to remember a list of keys that do certain tasks.

well if you move three fingers on the track pad to the left it preforms backspace and it makes it tits easy. things like that i am just thinking they might not work

Mouse gestures does that I think. You can move the mouse a specific way to due a certain task. As far as I know its user configurable.

You just have to edit Firefox's configuration file and you can use the Mac "trackpad" tricks with FF.
