Granted for 99% of the US populous that will come from indoors because outdoor growing is too risky. Northern Cali has an absolutely fantastic climate for growing MJ as well as an oldschool MJ growing culture &amp; the genetics are already there. Europe is where most of the best new genitics come from because the political climate in certain countries (Sweeden, Holland etc.) allow for the big breeders to grow out thousands of cultivars &amp; maintain breeding facilities.</p></blockquote><p></p>
