I spoke to their tech who seems really knowledgeable, and even though I'm only looking at getting two 6.5" or 8" subs they're still really nice about me coming by and checking out their facilities. I feel like they're already doing well on the customer service aspect, and I expect them to keep it up if I have any problems down the line.I'm going to check them out soon, I'll report back once I hear their subs and get their recommendation about what would be best for my car in particular...
