If I'm correct the 3.8's (LM9 and LG3 3.8's) they didn't have balance shafts as the Series I and II engines did, so a little bit shakey at idle. Other then that they are reliable engines. 116K on my 3.8 and driven daily without a problem other then the intake gasket and TPS out of whack.</p></blockquote><p></p>
