[QUOTE="jfink, post: 4741292, member: 595769"] got a T.M.A. 2 channel amp bridged to power my 10"alpine type-r. RMS rating for the amp is 360 watts at 4ohms, got my sub wired into 4ohms so it is only getting 360 watts out of 500 RMS. gain is set at 3/4 and bass is turned all the way down to zero on the amp, not at the head unit. as for the crossover i dont know were to set it cause it goes from 50hz up to 500hz(not good at all at fine tuning). when played it gets hot, not too hot to touch but gets close, should it do this? got good ground and good power, have yet to play it long enough to see if it goes into protect.
