As when I playing with a tone generator you can really hear the clipping at 40hz but 50hz sounds okay, for the clipping to go at 40hz I need to turn the volume down by 2. Or would I set it to 42.9V measuring across the bridge? I set it to around 41.5V just to be safe. Or if I turn the bass extension off it doesnt clip at 40hz. Is it better to leave it off or on?</blockquote>
