I got my shipping details and billing details filled out, then I went to a total cost (before shipping but after the discount) and it asks me for shipping option... But it gives me no options to select so I am stuck there because I need to select an option but it will not allow me to select any. Is this because I want it shipped to a Canadian adress or something? or is there another error I am making? Is this discount only for American adresses?</p></blockquote><p></p>
