You should probably consider an upgraded alt, increasing the size and quality of your main batt, and making sure all your audio wiring and Big 3 is 0 gauge. After you've done all that, then you can consider adding a second batt for increased reserve capacity if you still need it.</p><p></p><p>I've seen many very good systems with only a good main batt, big alternator and good wiring that work great with no dimming issues.</p><p></p><p>Improve the quality of what you've got before you add more.</p></blockquote><p></p>
