That made them have to give me draw pay, once they saw their mistake they would pay me the commsion they owed me, but the next paycheck they would take that draw pay back. It was ****ed up and I ended up quitting cause I couldnt take the sears card anymore. Get used to saying would you like this on your sears card because that is all you will do all day.</p></blockquote><p></p>
