Keep in mind that if u go ported there are some songs that will not sound that good in ur car cause ported boxs have problems with some frequencies! I have already helped two ther board members build thier first box &amp; the last one was ported &amp; it turned out great. He was a little weary about taking the project on but once he got started he did good! You will need access to a saw though, a table saw is preferable so that u will have all straight cuts.If not u can take the MDF by a local cabinet shop or millwork shop &amp; just pay them a small fee to cut the pieces for u.
