IF i were to accept the payment via paypal and they paid by charging to a card, then they could do a chargeback and get thier money back causing my paypal to go into negative funds even though ive withdrawn the cash.</p><p></p><p>my question is what if they dont charge it to a card and it is cash int hier paypal account. could they send me payment, i have them wait for it to clear to my bank account and i have cash in hand before sending. is there anyway for them to get thier money back from me outside of filing a claim which would do nothing if the funds are already out of my account....?</p><p></p><p>seems too fishy to me, wtf is someone in the UK doing browsing for xbox 360's on the orlando craigslist?</p></blockquote><p></p>
